Shanti Santulli serves as RECON’s Regulatory Permitting Director and specializes in aquatic resources permitting, aquatic resources delineations and assessments, and regulatory agency coordination. Shanti has extensive public and private sector experience ÑÇÐǹú¼Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ preparing and reviewing aquatic resource delineation reports and regulatory permitting application packages, including 10 years of experience as a regulatory project manager and team lead ÑÇÐǹú¼Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Regulatory Division. She is considered a regional expert on federal, state, and local aquatic resource regulations and has routinely led regulatory presentations and trainings on behalf of the USACE and as a consultant. Shanti’s in‑depth understanding of aquatic resource regulations, standards, and procedures, network of regulatory specialists and technical experts, and relationships ÑÇÐǹú¼Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ federal and state regulators set her apart from others in the field.
